McGlades Jewellers

I took in a piece of jewellery to be repaired.
The assistant told me it was no wonder it broke because it was cheap.
They refused to provide a quote because the repair was under $100.
Very rude and dismissive. I will not be back!

My husband and I purchased a clock on 16 March, 2016 the service was excellent and the price was very competitive. The staff were very obliging and went to a lot of trouble to look after us. You can browse in the store without being asked every 2 minutes are you right.

I have bought a few items of jewelry from this business in the past few years. A $1200 dress ring bought earlier this year and some $400 earrings both proved to be faulty. This business offers no after sale service , once they have your money they don't want to know you. The more senior(in age) staff members are quite abrupt bordering on insulting. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

We bought my wedding and engagement rings there and they are unique and elegant. I also had a ring designed there 4 years age. it is beautiful and people always notice it.

This shop has a fantastic range of jewellery and collectibles. We went in to look for Pandora but were distracted by so many other pretty and well priced items.

Was given a gift from my boyfriend that was faulty and was treated very poorly when I returned to the store and was accused of causing the fault myself.
