Toomany teacher changes, not good notification systems and very grumpy old lady on the desk...sooo rude. I like the pool but it is too squashy with teaching sometimes compromised due to lack of space

McKeon's swim school is a great place for kids to learn to swim. We have both of our kids learning to swim there and the teachers are fantastic - they really care about the kids, they make it fun, but teach them heaps. The re-enrolment process is a bit of a nightmare (kind of a get your money first, and then we'll change the lessons later). As per a previous comment, finding makeup lessons the staff are not always super helpful (they are very busy though).

We've been very happy with our swim teacher & the swimming pool. My children have really enjoyed swimming classes. However, I find the service has been quite rude when you're ringing to arrange make-up lessons when you haven't been able to make it to your usual class.

Mckeons swim school call themselves Illawarra's Largest & Most Professional Swim School and they really are, Their Auswim instructors are extremely experienced and great with children of all ages and abilities from babies to teenagers .
