Would have to be the WORST place I have ever shopped in, in my entire life time : (
... TERRY HAM himself is of a very rude nature !!! ... We have shopped in his store about 6 times & the customer service we received from his staff is fantastic BUT we have had the unfortunate experience in having been served by Terry Ham himself on three occasions & on all of those occasions we found him to be such a horrible man in every way. He is not only extremely rude mannered, & disinterested in his customers but appears to be incredibly miserable in his work & goes to such effort to speak down to is customers.
The last straw for us was on our last visit there when we were shopping around for a new large fridge & we asked him a question in which once again his customer service skills were so disturbing that we walked out & straight into The Good Guys store & purchased our $2000 fridge. Sadly he also missed out on our purchasing of other white goods since.
The amount of locals we have met that have had a similar experience like ours with Terry Ham himself is honestly shocking. And they too swear they would NEVER step foot in his shop again !!!!!!!

Oh, we soooooooo wish that we had of viewed your rating prior to shopping at this store. Our experience was a hugely negative one, but nevertheless, one that could have been prevented and indeed rectified with competent management practices and common sense. Since this time, we too (much like yourself) have spent another $2,000- at the ‘Good Guys’ and likewise, we will never set foot inside Retravision again. These people may not give two hoots about your $2, 000, (or my $2, 000); but when one adds up all the money from other disgruntled customers, it will cost them dearly and in reality, it already is…they are just too arrogant to see it just yet.
