Avoid this place at all costs. They just tried to price hike me. Wanted $80 when I was already asking for a $50 Gold wash (exterior wash no wax and interior vac and wipe). They said it would take too long as there was some dog hair. Clincher is, same car, same MINIMAL dog hair, same Gold wash at advertised price has been provided to me at same place for YEARS prior, clearly they didn't recognise repeat customer. Pretty strength are against Australian Consumer law.

I visited this car wash once and but it will be the last time. I paid $75 dollars for an interior exterior wash and wax. This is a lot of money for me, normally I wash my car at home but I thought I will treat myself. Upon paying for the service and picking my car up and giving it an inspection; there was still wax in a few spots on the car, it was not a lot but enough to be able to notice it. The vacuuming in the back could have also been better, it looked like it was a rush job. The center console was also not wiped properly. On a positive note my car did smell nice though. When I pointed these out, I waited for them to fix it (only a few minutes) but I found that the staff where not happy of me complaining, as I was getting these looks from them and when I looked at them they would look away. WELL if you had of done your job properly the first time I would not have complained.

We have had our car washed here twice. They are located out in the carpark of the Centro in Cranbourne. When i went there, two chairs were available for waiting, but i'd recommend going inside to the shopping centre and looking around there while waiting. Most of the time that's what you're likely to do anyway. The quality of the wash was quite good. The price was acceptable but not a cheapy. The turnaround time was pretty good. There are a few cleaning options available but we went for a basic wash and hand dry. Location is also close to several other individual shops along the main road so pick what you like while waiting.

I have left my car to these guys a few times and each time I have been impressed with the result. It's easy to book online and then drop off according to you book in time. Also if you do book on line they have 10% off discount. Sometimes too if you are a member of freebies in centro they have a 20% off deal, however this is only sometimes.
