I have used this car wash alot and was always ok same as every other carwash out there.
However they recently washed my car and scratched my back window tint and are trying to say they didnt do it (of course) i had another customer come up to me and look at it and even say that is fresh scratch and you could tell.
They are not responding to me and head office is washing their hands. Will be taking them to court.
So just be careful if they wash your car that they dont ruin it.
They puit my back seats up when i didnt ask them to i just wanted the boot vaccummed and tried to hide the scratches by leaving the seats up.
Very poor customer service.

this is new business, been there first time and was amazed with the quality and service.
they did excellent job on my car with platinum service which is $75 and made it like new.
interior was fantastic, and outside was very nice and shiny with hand polish

Visited these guys when they first opened up at Brandon Park. They advertised the Clay Bar Treatment to get rid of all the dirt that's buried on the surface of my car and did a special deal which discounted the price by $5. I kindly refused and went with the Silver package.

The car was cleaned by the time I finished my grocery shopping at Coles. Any areas which I found were unsatisfactory were cleaned up on the spot. I wouldn't say the clean was thorough in removing all the dirt off quite a dirty car. But was enough of a clean to make car look like it's been cleaned. Interior was spotless from vacuuming.
