Jones is extremely bias and has denied procedural fairness not providing opportunity for observation with children at request of mother. Her summations are evident of this. When given an opportunity to provided questions to her for her comments in reports (for which had to pay over $600) she simply doesn't answer the question and leaves blank, but still takes the money! Jones allegedly stated in a family court trial stating that she won't support 50/50 care in future as its not good for children and her experience since this allocation of time was brought in was that children were negatively impacted. I question this and challenge her to provide evidence and it was only a few short years and I suspect she didn't see most of them again. She's a narcissistic feminist and supporter of the abusive family court system. Avoid her and Optima at all costs

Didn’t like my sessions. I found her to be dismissive and condescending. She shut down avenues that I initiated, which I have since received diagnosis for. After Megan I had much success with another Psychologist, and the process was more comfortable and productive straight away. Admin lady was rude and lazy - she told me to process my own Medicare rebate. Because I was unfamiliar with the system it took me ages and when I called to ask a question she was dismissive and didn’t seem to want to help.
