I engaged Qasim from Meggyco to do some work at my private residence and was extremely disappointed with his conduct, damaging a frosted glass door, leaving significant stain marks on several window and door hinges and leaving areas unstained.

He left a significant paint mark on the master bedroom ensuite frosted door and rather than bring it to my attention, deceptively withheld this information. I didn't see the door damage until a couple of days later as it was a sliding cavity door. Subsequently, The paint has etched into the frosted door and cannot be repaired as advised by the company who supplied the door.

I called Qasim and emailed photos of the damaged door and gave him an opportunity to do the right thing and rectify the matter and others, notably all the stains on external window hinges but he has denied any wrongdoing and rejected my offer to rectify the situation.

During the course of the job I endeavoured to bring other issues to be rectified to his attention but he became dismissive. He also was seemingly unaware of what the job entailed and quoted as I had to keep reminding him of work to be done.

To say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement.
