I have been here to dine in and have take away maybe say half a dozen or more times. The quality, menu is fairly average for a chinese restaurant so nothing unique just your regular asian fare.
The alcoholic beverages are cheaper than your average western restaurant.

What annoyed me tonight was that they got my order wrong and I didn't know until I got home and opened the container, this wouldn't have happened if the repeated my order back to me which I think is what should happen anytime you order something anywhere.
The lemon chicken was very disappointing dry and overcooked.
The icecream they use for fried ice cream is of low quality.
Overall they need improving but it's probably the same as your average suburbian chinese restaurant.

Great quality Chinese food displayed by the amount of people dining here on any night of the week. Great for takeaway but even better for eating in if you love that kitschy decor, "Dierdre Chambers what a co-incidence" feel!

Excellent Chinese food. Not gluggy or stodgey. Fresh produce. Only downside is that it is often hard to get in unless you have a booking. However they are very fast with takeaway.

My husband and I have been enjoying the delicious Chinese and Cantonese food from Mei Hing for many years now. They provide excellent food at very reasonable prices and the staff are super friendly.

Very nice food!! Family is very friendly and try their best to make your dining experience a positive one. Not a huge restaurant, gets a bit noisy Friday Saturday nights (good idea to book) as popular

Approximate cost: $15

If you can get over the coordinated wall hangings and staff aprons you will appreciate this great Chinese cuisine. Very fresh produce and generous servings make this a great night out or just pop past for takeaway. Booking essential towards the later end of the week.

Approximate cost: $20

Having dined many times at this well-patronised, owner-operated restaurant since its inception and having introduced many others to the Cantonese food they present, we have never been let down in terms of the consistent quality of top-quality food for modest prices. This recommendation is about food; the acoustics are not brilliant.
