Called pharmacist to find out further details about making a claim on a prescription I had previously bought. Extremely rude and condescending attitude, phone manners pathetic, did not even answer saying who he was and expected me, a customer, to explain it all to him, when he, a professional, should already know! Needless to say, I won't be returning. I'd rather give my money to someone who appreciates return customers.

I injured my leg on the way to work today so I stopped by at the MC Pharmacy to get some band-aids. I asked the girl who worked there if they have anything to treat my injury (assuming that I would have to pay for another box of band aid that I already have at home). Surprisingly she took an alcohol swab and some band-aids from the pharmacy's own first aid kit and helped apply them for me. She didn't charge for them (although I did end up buying an antiseptic cream since I had none at home). Great service.
