I called through straight to a technician. The technician called and said he would be at our house in 25 mins on the same day. He arrived when he said he would. He had all the required parts with him, he was quick and efficient, job was done in 45 mins and our fridge was up and running. The technician also provided operating tips and the minimum callout was not too expensive ($80 compared to Samsung's $110)
