Placed an order for some silver bullion on 24 Dec 2019. When came into their office in March to pickup was told it had already been picked up on Dec 24. I explained definitely not case, and ask for identity verification of who
picked it up. Nothing provided. Was told they may have had a system problem around that time and maybe a mistake was made, and will shortly get to bottom of it. Have been asking/emailing them consistently since (12 times now) without any resolution. Very concerned - have not got my goods.

As previously explained to you in the previous review you posted in Google You placed the order on the 7th of December not the 24th. Leaving your bar with us for 4 months claiming you have been overseas on holidays is not an excuse not to pay for storage fees owed. We have explained this to you in person and have tried calling you multiple times on this subject over the last 6 months. However, no one answers the phone. When you are ready to pay what is owed you may collect the bar, otherwise we will be considering legal action against you for defamation and your refusal to pay storage.
