Melbourne Speed Date

I completely agree with the below review. Melbourne speed date is a sham. I paid them and they never sent me any confirmation or any messages and when i called they claimed they never received payment even though it has been charged and taken from my bank account. I am taking this up with Consumer Affairs. I wonder how many other people they have dupped.

I booked in to an event with a friend for November 2014. The event was cancelled the night before due to lack of numbers. We were unable to make it to the next event as a replacement and instead asked for a refund.
It is now February 2015 and we are yet to get our refund. Very poor service and communication. Will NOT be using these services again and do not recommend them to anyone else!

Horrible experience with this company I paid $48 for speed dating by bank transfer then never recieved a confirmation they said they never received my money I contacted my bank and they confirmed this company received the money I never got to go to the event they didnt refund my money and were very rude. I was going to take a whole group of single girlfriends and now I have nothing but disappointing things to say about this company very disappointing and dody company i can now see why they dont have a contact number on their site because im sure im not the only one they have scammed .
