Had a massage done for my shoulders - working in childcare Im always picking up kids and doing my back in. Had two done, i felt much better after the second one.

I saw Tony for my lower back pain, which came on as a result of repetitve bending at work. He pinpointed the problem immediatley, treated the lower back joints and then massaged the muscles. I was back to normal after 2 treatments. I have been doing the simple 3 minute exercises each day and haven't had any flareups since! Highly recommended if you are looking for a physio in Essendon.
I have suffered with lower back pain for months, Tony diagnosed the problem straight away and advised some techniques and exercises to prevent further injury. I have not been to a physio, chiro or osteo in years but will now see Tony quarterly for maintenance to keep me alligned and feeling great.

I saw Clare for a remedial massage as I was getting extremely sore upper shoulders from sitting at a computer all day. She worked very firmly into my shoulder and neck and upper back and I feel fantastic. She even gave me some stretches to help me feel better at work. I'll be seeing her again in a week or so for a tune up!
