They should be named Melbourne's Lousiest nanny agency. Only care about making money and not supporting the nannies. The parents come first as they pay the money. The nannies don't get support when they have a problem with their employers.

Expensive agency and a lot of fees involved in using this service. I didn't find the quality particularly better. Although I know they have a lot of nannies on their books so likely that they will be able to find someone

We've used this agency now, on and off, for four years. They provide pretty average nannies with a large mark up (We payed for an extra hour on top of the time we booked for their adminsitration fee plus a 'petrol' charge you'll also pay a sizable placement fee if you are looking to find an ongoing nanny). We had an ongoing service with them for 4 months but ended up cancelling as the nanny had an absentism rate of 50% which made it impossible for me to go to work thus defeating the purpose of having a nanny. All in all, they would never be my first choice for a high quality nanny or babysitter that my children will love. But they are a good stop gap measure if we need a sitter at the last minute.

Approximate cost: $25

I would not recommend them. Seemed good initially but then no follow up and no call once the nanny started. Nanny had excellent references but was late and only interested in the money and trying to add to my bill. Really disappointing service for what they charge at $25 per hour plus service fee I would have expected a better quality of nannies.

Poor service, lack of understanding from office staff. As a nanny, they were completely unsupportive, and sent me out to inappropriate jobs, with age groups that I felt uncomfortable with. An incident occured during my time with the agency, and despite calling them immediately, I received no support and were verbally abused by both the family and the agency - they refused to listen to my perspective, and took away my earnings. It's 200$ dollars to join the agency straight up, and you definitely don't get value for money. Never go with these guys!

Great! Thanks so much luciap225. I will do so, as my experience as a nanny was abysmal. In regards to the view above from the agencies - I had previously nannied an eleven y/o boy and was sent out to very young children. Inappropriate. And I have never been asked for insurance or to pay for invoices with any other agencies. So unprofessional and unnecessary.

Totally agree with you on this review. I know a nanny who receieved no supprt . Then was accused of something she didn't do . Was dropped by the agency with no warning. She now helps me out and is fabulous at what she does. You will find better jobs through online sites and other agencies. Good luck in your nanny career.

Not recommended! They will be very accommodating when you are a new client, then once you're in the system their service drops substantially (despite you still paying a premium). Some staff can be rude and opinionated. They will send you prospective nannies that do not match your requirements and will ultimately waste your time. Much quicker, easier and cheaper to do it yourself!

Excellent service. Nannies are of high standard and the agency are very approachable and hard working.

Can be hit or miss with this agency. I have had some great carers come and help me out and some not so great carers. Most of the girls in the office are lovely to deal with, especially Kristina the receptionist.

This agency only cares about money. They don't care about their clients. Their fee for a full time nanny is $2900! This is to basically pull a few names out of their database of the 100 or so nannies they have, to send to an interview and then the client 'chooses' between them. Extremely poor.

Approximate cost: $2900

We are sorry to hear you feel we do not care about our clients. We take pride in the time we take in vetting, interviewing and training our nannies. Then select the ones that best fit your profile and send them to you for interview. We believe the client is always the best person to choose the right nanny/personality for their family.
