Customer service is everything. From rude staff and bad vibes. There was one lovely staff member who was sweet and caring. But It’s rather disappointing when I have heard nothing but great things but to be greeted today with the negative vibe. We went else where for our purchases. Working in retail is a tough gig but today that was a disgrace.
Feeling overwhelmed with so many wedding dress decisions, I decided to pop into Melissa E after seeing her amazing work on a girlfriends wedding dress and I must say they are a breath of fresh air. They took it one step at a time and showed me dresses in the style I'm after, so attentive and helpful with great suggestions and made the process so relaxed, needless to say I found what I loved there.
I had searched Melbourne for a perfect pair of Debutant gloves, and had searched a few stores in Ballarat. Melissa E was recommended to me as a place that just might have the pair I was after. Melissa E did - their range had the perfect pair that the young lady I was buying for wanted. The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable, and I was assured that I could return them if they weren't what the young lady required.
