The move was seamless. The removalists were very professional and friendly (thanks Janik and George!).
I highly recommend using the Ecoboxes too, makes packing and moving so much easier and it's better for the environment: win win!

They were due to arrive at 11.30am but arrived to start the move at 5.15pm. They rang a few times to say they were still coming but if I knew they were going to be almost six hours late, I would've rescheduled. I ended up having to help substantially and even then we didn't get all the furniture inside until 9.45pm. Only explanation was "These things happen". No discount offered to compensate for wrecking my moving plans. On the plus side, nothing broke!

I've used the Ecomove boxes before (twice) and they are great, this time I decided to use the Men that move removalist service so that the boxes would be free. We hired 100 boxes and they were delivered promptly, although I was a bit disappointed that I had to order packing paper separately as previously I had ordered a moving value pack. But the team were super nice about it and the driver delivered packing paper to me that next day. 5kg plus two extra he had for free!

The day of the move I'd hired a 50m3 truck with 3 guys. They rang ahead to let me know they'd be a bit late. They turned up when they said they would and all introduced themselves and then proceeded to move all my stuff onto their truck. They had all the right equipment and asked questions when they needed to but aside from that got on with the job. They worked hard and got the move done in 6 hours (it was a big move). When unloading they were happy to move things where we asked them to and tried to move into things into the same room they came from. Nothing was broken and they were consumate professionals.

I was so happy with with their service I will definitely use them again in the future.

Loved the convenient hire of the boxes for our move! We've used the boxes before but it's great now to be able to use both the box hire and removalist service from the same company. Easy to book online, boxes were delivered one week before our move (for FREE!) and on the day, our move went really well. Jake and the team were friendly, professional and our move was completed in a morning. Will definitely keep using them!

We recently moved with these guys and it was great. Loved getting the free plastic boxes, it made such a difference to have those delivered and picked up, rather than having to buy boxes!

On moving day, the 3 guys were all very friendly and professional and worked really hard to get our move done in less than half a day despite it being 35 degrees!

Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family as well.

I would not recommend using them. The two guys meant well but didn't have the right gear. They lacked straps (one broke due to damaged webbing). They didn't use pads or underlays to move the furniture into place. Our wooden floors were severely scratched as a result.

We were renovating our apartment ...... full kitchen, flooring etc. This presents a few more challenges than a house so we thought that ecomove was a better solution. The ecomove team delivered on every front. How do you keep 35+ cardboard boxes in place when used / folded? Great system, good value and terrific people. Highly recommended.

Second time I have used this service and second time I have been impressed. Makes moving house just that bit easier and smoother. I would never contemplate doing anything other than hire these boxes from Ecomove. Superb.
