The move was seamless. The removalists were very professional and friendly (thanks Janik and George!).
I highly recommend using the Ecoboxes too, makes packing and moving so much easier and it's better for the environment: win win!

They were due to arrive at 11.30am but arrived to start the move at 5.15pm. They rang a few times to say they were still coming but if I knew they were going to be almost six hours late, I would've rescheduled. I ended up having to help substantially and even then we didn't get all the furniture inside until 9.45pm. Only explanation was "These things happen". No discount offered to compensate for wrecking my moving plans. On the plus side, nothing broke!

I've used the Ecomove boxes before (twice) and they are great, this time I decided to use the Men that move removalist service so that the boxes would be free. We hired 100 boxes and they were delivered promptly, although I was a bit disappointed that I had to order packing paper separately as previously I had ordered a moving value pack. But the team were super nice about it and the driver delivered packing paper to me that next day. 5kg plus two extra he had for free!

The day of the move I'd hired a 50m3 truck with 3 guys. They rang ahead to let me know they'd be a bit late. They turned up when they said they would and all introduced themselves and then proceeded to move all my stuff onto their truck. They had all the right equipment and asked questions when they needed to but aside from that got on with the job. They worked hard and got the move done in 6 hours (it was a big move). When unloading they were happy to move things where we asked them to and tried to move into things into the same room they came from. Nothing was broken and they were consumate professionals.

I was so happy with with their service I will definitely use them again in the future.

Loved the convenient hire of the boxes for our move! We've used the boxes before but it's great now to be able to use both the box hire and removalist service from the same company. Easy to book online, boxes were delivered one week before our move (for FREE!) and on the day, our move went really well. Jake and the team were friendly, professional and our move was completed in a morning. Will definitely keep using them!

We recently moved with these guys and it was great. Loved getting the free plastic boxes, it made such a difference to have those delivered and picked up, rather than having to buy boxes!

On moving day, the 3 guys were all very friendly and professional and worked really hard to get our move done in less than half a day despite it being 35 degrees!

Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family as well.

I would not recommend using them. The two guys meant well but didn't have the right gear. They lacked straps (one broke due to damaged webbing). They didn't use pads or underlays to move the furniture into place. Our wooden floors were severely scratched as a result.

We were renovating our apartment ...... full kitchen, flooring etc. This presents a few more challenges than a house so we thought that ecomove was a better solution. The ecomove team delivered on every front. How do you keep 35+ cardboard boxes in place when used / folded? Great system, good value and terrific people. Highly recommended.

We were moving house and a friend told me about Eco Move. We ordered the reccomended ammount for a 3 bedroom house which is what we have and there was enough boxes for the move. They delivered the boxes on time without any hassle and picked them up when they said they would. It was easy to order online but also the staff were really helpful when you called. The boxes are sturdy and there were enough labels etc. They stack easily as well. Another benefit is that you have to unpack them for collection which means you dont have boxes lying around after the move weeks later!

A very accommodating business offering super friendly and flexible service. I needed to arrange a later than organised pick up which was no problem and no extra charge.

An offer to purchase our apartment came with conditions the new owner wanted occupancy -We heard about Eco and they delivered and was a dream packing and unpacking was a breeze due to size of boxes -Tip for 2 bedroom order 3bed package and rather have some boxes spares after packing

We hired 25 boxes from Eco Move for $79.00. They delivered on time and collected them from our new address promptly. Overall it was an exceptionally easy option and the boxes were great for packing things in and ferrying them to our new house. The crates were so much better than using cardboard boxes. They were strong but light and we didn't have the hassle of getting rid of lots of cardboard! We would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, professional and provide a great service.

When moving house, Eco Move was recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. The hard plastic boxes are so much easier to use than the normal cardboard packing boxes, and in my opinion, definitely worth it. The sales team helped me decide which package option best suited my house and arranged next day delivery. I also needed to rearrange pick up for earlier than expected and that was no problem. The delivery/pick up team was efficient, courteous and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any house mover and I will use them again

EcoMove came and dropped off boxes as advertised, then came and picked the them up as arranged. They rang me beforehand to check the pickup time and were really flexible when I wanted to change it slightly. Boxes were perfect for packing and stacking, not too big so they don't get too heavy to carry.

We moved house a couple of weeks ago and used Stefan and his Eco Move crates for the second time. We have moved house several times and this is by far the best way to pack. The crates are already assembled and very strong. The removals firm we used also loved them. Great concept and business, value for money and Eco friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use again.

We moved recently and hired boxes from Ecomove. It turned out to be a wonderful product and service. We were only moving next door - but with a family of 7 it was still daunting. The boxes proved perfect for the job - we even used some several times over. Looking back on all the packaging we had to dispose of later for all our new purchases, I'm so glad we didn't have 100s of cardboard boxes to add to it. Service was perfect, and when I still had a handful of boxes unpacked at the end if my 4 weeks, Stefan extended the time for me without a fuss. Great company, would definitely use again and recommend.

I was searching for recycled boxes when planning our upcoming move. I found your company & loved the concept. I arranged a delivery date/time. The delivery was made on time & your employee was friendly, helpful & great to work with. The same holds true for the pick-up date/time. Your company offers stellar customer service; something that is not a priority with some companies I have dealt with. Thank you for making a tough job so much easier. These boxes make the job of packing much quicker & simpler.

We have used the services at EcoMove for our home move and subsequently for our office move. We could not have asked for a more prompt and professional service. Stephan and the team have certainly converted us to raving fans and we have already referred many of our friends to their service. From the outset they were FANTASTIC on time for with the delivery and pick up & its FREE!! The eco boxes were strong durable. Aka there were breakages or damaged as the boxes are strong & durable. The reusable boxes means no cartons to get rid off and so much better overall. The removalist pack and unpack quicker as they are all pretty much the same size, which means you save on costs. Five Star Rating .....

Eco Move are fantastic! Extremely efficient! They accommodated my special request and delivered boxes exactly on time. They were also able to change my pick-up time at the 11th hour. Just fantastic! Boxes were super clean and ready to go. Will use again. Happily recommend.

We are two very busy professionals and when I tasked my partner to organise a truck and moving stuff he came up with Eco Move the day before our official moving day.
On their website they advised their availability was a few days later however when I called they were incredibly helpful and organised at such short notice to help us out the very next day.
I was hestitant at what I thought would be too many tubs in the smallest package of $69, however I completely underestimated moving house and we had just enough tubs.
They were perfect as the move didn't require dodgy or broken boxes and masking tape. They were easy to carry and load and the amazing trolley was perfect and
They allow a week to unpack your belongings which again was perfect and then Eco Move come and collect their own tubs! I highly reccommend them to relieve moving stress.

We hired Eco boxes to move house, which were awesome. We hired the Small House package which was just right for us (2 adults, one child). We hired for 1 week, then paid the extra $20 to extend for a week (too tired to unpack!!). Everyone who saw the boxes said what a great idea it was and how reasonably priced they were. The guys were brilliant on service - rang on Saturday, boxes delivered Monday, no fuss online payment, and then no fuss pick up from our new home. If you're moving house I reckon this is the way to go. Oh yeah, and they stack really nicely, no worries about squashing fragiles in cardboard boxes. Environmentally friendly all the way!!! (And no, they didn't pay, I'm just a very happy customer)

I cannot recommend Eco Move highly enough. Hiring these tubs made moving house not only cheaper and easier but without the need for cardboard moving boxes, we didn't end up with a stack of cardboard moving boxes post move. Stefan was great to deal with; prompt and efficient.
The only comment I would make is when the boxes were delivered I was advised that they didn't carry tubs up stairs - something you may need to keep in mind if you live in a place with stairs (we ended up sharing the carrying).
Having moved recently I don't plan on moving for a very long time (?!) but will be recommending Eco Move to friends and family.

We hired some eco crates to move house. The crates were in good condition and they were delivered and picked up within the notified two hour window.

We hired their boxes for our move. They delivery person was gracious enough to help me get them up to my first floor apartment, which was more than he needed to do. Once it was time to pick them up it was so nice to not have to get rid of heaps of packaging materials & boxes afterwards. Excellent for a seamless move.

This is an awesome product and service from Stefan and the team was nothing short of fantastic.
We saved a lot of money going with Ecomove rather than buying cardboard boxes and of course it's a much better environmentally friendly alternative.
Definitely double thumbs up!
