I had a few problems with them too and WILL NOT go back there. For example, when the radiator was being painted and then put back in the car I was informed I needed a new thermostat. I know these can go and agreed but they did not have the one I had in it. We were running the car slightly hotter. Next time I was there the SAME THING happened and I got the SAME EXCUSE that they did not have the particular thermostat - yet the one installed was from them. I agreed and the car was running colder and not efficiently. Stupid me went there a third time and that was it - SAME PROBLEM and if you object they get rather upset. ALSO,when booked in to to have the radiator painted, I should have been out of there by 11am. Well, lunch came and after checking found the staff were at lunch (12 30pm), and told in no uncertain terms I had to wait and they would get to it when they had finished their lunch and other jobs. My objections about the time was also met with aggression. What was to be no more than 2 hours took 5 -6. I was out the back where I dropped the car off (my first time there). I had to wait out there. Apparently there is a waiting room that I found out after 5 hours but I was not allowed through the shop to be finally able to sit down. I was only about 18 at the time and now over 25 years later through word of mouth and now this site, still tell people about my experiences there. There are more than what I just wrote. So please whoever reads this take not, and also this is a comment on someone elses who has had problems with the same company.
