Best Real Estate agents in West End.

This real estate agent left my property in complete disarray causing me to have to do extensive renovation work. They did not complete the number of inspections as per the lease. Despite my paying for gardeners to maintain the garden it was completely over grown with weeds such that they were growing up into the neighbours power line. The agent in question was extremely rude to me (a bully really) when I expressed my dissatisfaction which was a total shock considering I had been paying them for their service as a rental agency for a number of years. He did an appalling exit inspection and stated that the obvious dog urine staining throughout the carpets at all corner posts (requiring replacement) was not dog urine but as a result of steam cleaning. I complained in writing and by phone to the principle manager who did not give me the courtesy of a response. He agreed to meet with me at the property but never showed up. If you are an owner looking for a property manager who will look after your property stay well away from this company!!! They are appalling.

UPDATE; Now 5 months into my lease and still not a single repair has been done. Rental Bond was NOT deposited with the Rental Bond Board, instead it was put into the rent ledger. How incompetent can you get. That is only my tenancy, makes you wonder.
Metro First National are the agents that you avoid at all costs if you are a property owner or a tenant. I have been a property investor for a long time. I value good long term tenants. Look after your tenants and generally they look after the property and they stay.. I have recently moved to Brisbane with the intention of renting for a year to get a feel for the place before buying. My experience with Metro First National , and I can only describe it as truly dreadful, I am now looking at buying a property sooner. Their level of communication and service is almost non existent. High turnover of staff, who are very off hand, young and rude. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months for them to fix broken toilets, broken stair railings, leaking everything, and wait, I have not been supplied keys to open a bank of windows.. This is a sub-standard agency who offer a sub-standard service, and after all it is a service industry.. I certainly will not be buying through them or recommending them as property managers to my network of friends and fellow property investors.
