Metro Mutt

My dogs have been clients of Metro Mutt for over 2 years and the quality and care they receive from Darren and Amanda is outstanding. They are beautifully groomed and loved while they are there - they get so excited when they get to the door - they can't wait to get in!!!! Highly recommend this groomer - have used many others and never been as happy with the service.

My husband and I usually clip our nearly 3 year old cocker cross. However, over the winter we left it too long and thought we needed to get him clipped professionally. Metro Mutt is definitely the place to go! We got an appointment for the day after I called. My little one was in there for no more than an hour and a half and came out looking and smelling like a prince. Everyone who has seen him since his cut has commented on how handsome he looks. I highly recommend this place. I took my caboodle pup in for his first clipping and he was very well looked after. The couple were very friendly and you could tell they were dog lovers. My dog was ready in 2 hours and he looked beautiful. They did a great job and my dog looked very happy after the whole experience. I was so relieved as I was unsure as to how he would go for the first time. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here.

Our dalmatian makes bathing a real hassle given his size, strength and stubbornness. Metro Mutt at Queenstown took the hassle out and got him smelling like brand new within the hour for a great price ! . Not only that, Metro Mutt were very happy to answer any questions and sent him on his way with his reward of treats. A very thorough and accurate service for a good price, will keep going back for sure.

Only gripe with this place is it's often booked out! I have an elderly spaniel who is quite warty and they are always very careful not to cut him, and he trusts them and is never scared of getting clipped here. I also recommend all my friends and family to this place. It is a bit pricey, but most places are and you actually get your value for money here.

Took my cavoodle puppy 10 months old to Metro Mutt for first time, they were great and two hours later my Bobby came out clean, clipped and looking lovely and most importantly with a very waggy tail, so he wasn't scared at all. Darren was great and took care as to how I wanted my puppy trimmed. Would recommend to anyone and am sure will be back.
