They know what they’re doing and it’s a plus that Leah Calnan is with Metro.
They are different from a normal real estate agent as they have rental expertise.
I like that they also call me for repairs and maintenance straight away.
I would like to call out my property manager Chad Josman, he always answers his phone and if he missed your call, he will reply asap. I asked him to pls check two duplicated payments and he looked into it quickly and organised a refund. Chad is always very accommodating and his service is genuine. Chad is an asset to Metro. Thanks for your service Chad.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend Merto property management. Extremely hard to get them to return a phone call. Maintenance items at the property they send handyman after handyman no tradesmen and all of them submitted quotes but still no action. The ducted heating unit stopped working a few days ago. I rang again today to find out that nothings been booked to be fixed and the property manager is on holidays. It’s very cold we have always been excellent tenants but I think that they just have so much to do and such a high staff turnover that know one in the company cares anymore. Steer clear and select a smaller local agent for your property management needs. This company doesn’t deserve your business. Thanks. Rob Morgan.
