I would like to call out my property manager Chad Josman, he always answers his phone and if he missed your call, he will reply asap. I asked him to pls check two duplicated payments and he looked into it quickly and organised a refund. Chad is always very accommodating and his service is genuine. Chad is an asset to Metro.
