We went as a group of 6 on a wednesday night, interestingly there were no other diners until one group showed up around 8. The waitress was attentive but no smiles. The food was good but no wow factor. Our friend had to send the salmon back twice because it was over-cooked. My husband thought his salmon was fine but then realised that the bottom piece was indeed over-cooked and dry, however he didn't send it back because he tend to avoid making a fuss. Overall this restaurant is fine for a meal, but I would definately not make the mistake of taking foodies here again.

We headed to Mezzo for our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing, pork belly to die for, the staff knew the menu and suggested wine was perfect..

We went to this restaurant for a 60th birthday dinner so there was 10 of us plus a pram. The staff were great and the owner even checked in a few times to see how we were going. I ordered the chicken breast rolled in pancetta with goats cheese also enjoyed some delicious arancini for entree. Most of the people on our table enjoyed their meals and they also were able to arrange a decadent chocolate cake for the table which was a nice touch. The only down-side was there was no baby change table in the bathroom so not a great place to take young children.

Beautiful food - pasta, oysters, desserts, all great! They use very fresh ingredients. Great value for money. Great service, always friendly and approachable staff, right amount of service and privacy while eating.
