My I-phone screen was damaged sometime back and I visited Mi Territory at Rhodes and met up with Jerri. Jerri looked at the phone and quoted a reasonable price to my agreement. His initial service was swift and I had my phone within 30 minutes. Regretfully, within two days, the touch screen was not responding to my liking and further screen problems cropped up. I called up Mi Territory. Without question, Jerri advised me to completely switch off the phone and restart and if the problem persisted to come over to his shop. As the problem prevailed, I made an appointment and to my pleasant surprise, Jerri said he will REPLACE the whole screen so that I wont have further issues and can avoid having to come back and forth. Sure enough within the next half hour he handed me the phone with a brand new screen. The phone is working well and has not caused further issues, since I last met with Jerri two weeks ago.

I am extremely happy with Jerri's service and approach to my 'compliant'. I would definitely use Jerri as my first choice for my phone or for that matter PC related problems, if any.
