I have been in here a couple of times now. On both occasions, the sales staff were very cold towards me which I found really rude (I am in my late twenties and hate being judged by my age, people automatically think I can't afford anything - but I own 2 houses, so go figure). If you are a sales person, you need to make sales - therefore you need to be nice to everyone (don't judge a book by its cover).
One of the ladies did exchange an Emma & Roe bracelet for me rather than sending it off to be fitted which was helpful. But overall, I am not impressed with their service and how they treat their (younger) customers.

I have bought a few items for my daughter at this store, and have found the staff to be very helpful. I had an occasion recently where I was having difficulty replacing the back of my elderly father's watch after a battery replacement. Two other watch specialist stores at Knox wanted to charge me $10 for the privilege. I enquired at Michael Hill and they did it free of charge. Kudos too to Knox City Jewellery and Watch Repairs who also assisted. No points to Watchworks or Mister Minit who will never get my business again.
