Michael's Refrigeration Service

The service provided by Michael's Refrigeration Service is top notch. I run a medical clinic and my fridge contains many volatile medications that require a constant temperature. When my fridge broke down, Michael came and fixed it at a very reasonable price (I had called several other people to check for quotes) with professionalism, skill and a friendly attitude. Would use again!

Fixed my fridge yesterday. Turned out to be a temperature problem. Replaced part.Fair price. Done within the hour.No problems.Would recommend.

Our 2002 GE refrigerator slowly started loosing cooling ability both freezer and fridge part. We thought we could fix on our own and googled what to do but did not work. We called on Monday at 11am and they had a tech out by 430pm , he determined in 30 sec it was the circuit board, had one in the car and was able to replace it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and gave us options before starting so we could make best decision price was fair.

Called up and a staff answered. The staff sounded somewhat abrupt and took my details and sent me a technician. The technician was very friendly and came within the hour. Had no problems with the fridge and it's been a month. Other than the staff who answered the phone the first time great job mate!

I rang for a service and asked what the call-out fee would be. The attitude from the staff who answered the phone, was EXTREMELY ARROGANT and RUDE! Thank goodness they aren't the only refrigeration repairer in Sydney! The next company I called couldn't have been more obliging and I had my fridge repaired within 3 hours.

I had a problem with my freezer, turned out to be something to do with the fan and defrosting element. They removed all the brackets to the element and replaced them with a plastic cable tie. of course the cable tie melted the heating element dropped down and melted parts of the freezer. Seriously even I know that you can't do that. At least they did some back to fix it. Next time will call an authorised repairer.

I rang with an enquiry about a commercial freezer and am very disappointed with the attitude I received. Very abrupt and offhand. If you ARE no longer doing that sort of work, remove 'commercial' from your advertising.

I would definitely use Michael's Refrigeration Service again and will recommend them to my friends. there were very professional, friendly, good at there job and there price is very reasonable aswell. Great service guys.
