It looks great from the outside and you think that you might get lucky here. Unfortunately your not. It's really hit and miss and lots of people are wondering how it survives. I would love this place to be as good as it once was but a bad chef moment is all it takes for some people. Lets hope it comes good.

We used to go here all the time without a problem. In December 2010 the place was sold. Oh my goodness, it went from no parking, to all the parking you can want in 3 months. The food is shocking now. I recently went and had the most horrible experience i've ever had a restaurant. First we asked for water, and wine glasses for our BYO wine. 20 minutes later we asked again for glasses to be talked to rudely, and told they're busy over in the bar section. Finally after 40 minutes our mains came. Mine was inedible RAW GNOCCHI. Balls of DOUGH. I told the waitress, and was spoken to sooooooooo rudely, I was told this is how gnocchi is. I've been eating it for 15 years as it's my all time favourite food, I've NEVER been served gnocchi like that in all those years. Finally the manager spoke to me, and got the meal re-made for me. I was shocked when it came out even worse!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dough got stuck to my fork, the manager even agreed it looked like dough. I was so upset, since this was the first time I had gone out since major surgery, that we just left. We did not have to pay for the night.

I wouldn't say they have the best pizzas ever, but it certainly is of decent quality. Had oysters there which were large and fresh. Did not manage to stuff any dessert down but it looks humungous for its price ($8). Overall great value for money ( we paid $12 each for the 8 of us after a 25% off voucher) and a good dining experience. Would go there again!

Approximate cost: $12 if sharing

Never been to the restaurant, but after work on most fridays, we order a few pizzas through for pick-up. The prices are pretty cheap, but the taste of the pizzas are nothing left to be desired.

Its a restaurant that we often revisit, due to the great portion size and tasty food.

Good service. However, during busy days ie Friday nights we often find delay in food servicing. The longest time we have waited was 40 min for food to be served on the table.

Gnocchi dishes and avocado chicken recommended.

The food is delicious in Michelangelo. I like pizza and pasta of Michelangelo. Paul, the manager of restaurant is the best one and he is customer oriented. Service is too slow and floor staff usually don't communicate with the kitchen and there is no cooperation between service and kitchen.

went for a friend's bday dinner...
food was alright..had the garlic and cheese pizza and the gnocchi pollo funghi
the pastas nice but the waiters were really slow.
we got there at 7.30pm ...ordered at 7.50pm. at 8.40pm, the food and drinks still had not come yet. the waiters just simply did not communicate with the ppl at the bar or the kitchen.

we finally got our food just before 9.

after dinner we had the birthday cake, but we weren't told that they had a cakeage charge...we just had to cop it.

i would go again for pasta...hoping that they would be more efficient.

Approximate cost: $16-25
