Friendly staff with great coffee but i was unsure of the cake and pie i ordered it tasted like they had been sitting there for quite some time-very dry around the crusts-just was not sure,i told the staff member of my concern about this and she rolled her eyes?i only paid for my coffee and that is all i intended to pay for?

Really enjoyed my coffee experience here.
It may be pinned right in the centre of the mall among the bustling shoppers going in all directions, but I find it relaxing to sit down and read a paper here.
Also they make a damn good latte!

went to burwood westfields shopping plaza and stoppred at michells for coffee and cake special,i had a cuppacino and slice of cheesecake the coffee was nice not too strong and cheesecake nice and sweet

Great coffe and deserts, affordable prices and cute coffee shop. if you are in burwood and want a coffee you know where to go now.

I found that although they seemed quite busy the customer service was better then many other places i have been to. i enjoyed my cake and coffee and even the atmosphere.

Michel's hasfriendly staff. The seating is in the busy but relaxed ground-floor area of a shopping plaza. It's a good place to sit and chat, over a coffee or hot chocolate. I went to spend some time relaxing with a friend, and spent several hours just chatting. The waitresses were not obtrusive; they cleared empty cups and plates and asked about further orders without implying that further purchases were necessary or the space be vacated.
