Eh, I sometimes have difficulty communicating with some of their workers. They're nice, yes. I think it just might be the language.

Other than that, the products are pretty much what you expect. They used to have pecan pies, which I LOVED. I don't think they carry those any more. What a bummer, I'd love to have those again.

A great place for a quick coffee and snack for morning tea break. The service is fast and staff are friendly. The cakes are amazing and they have a wide selection to choose from.

Another franchise that exist in chatswood. much closer from the station, but I feel that they lack the service a little. also their cake ranges aren't as great as other franchises.

one of the 3 Michel's patisserie franchise in the suburb. yes i know what you're thinking. 'there're 2 too many'. Let me tell you this much. one in chatswood chase deserves its spot. I feel that the price is a little high but perhaps the price on cakes in general may have gone up. may be a bit too much ?

Fantastic service, awesome food! I never used to consider Michels as a good place for coffee and morning tea, however after my first visit I now have a very positive opinion of this place. The coffee is prepared exactly the way I like and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Michel's Patisserie is great! An excellent place to grab a coffee, or just relax with some friends. Service is quick and efficient, and the stuff there always tastes great.
