best cakes, delicious coffee & service with a smile

been to many Michel stores, but this has been the best place to taste Michel's coffee for me ,cakes are delicious as well, very friendly staff, highly recommended

Friendly staff, the cakes taste great, but a bit pricey! I bought my daughter's 2nd birthday cake and it cost me nearly an arm and a leg. lol. And that was for a normal sized cake!

Have used Michel's for a couple of birthday cakes, good quality but a bit expensive. They do make a great hot chocolate and vanilla slice though.

Have used this cafe / cake shop few times, always the staff are friendly. Cakes can be a little expensive but I think people have learnt to expect it from this franchise.

The cakes are very fresh and well packaged. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've bought several cakes from here and unfortunately I've been pretty disappointed. The cakes are really rich and a bit too sweet for my liking.
