Amazing service We had all of our cold water pipes and hot water pipes and hot water system expertly replaced. Mick and his team were reliable and polite cleaned up after themselves. I called 8 plumbers in total to come and quote the job, only 4 actually turned up, 1 flatly refused even to quote the job, another said $3500.00 upwards depending on what we find Mick and his team were on time every time, said what they were doing and did it, organized and recommended appropriate other trade persons, found the best price option for me - chased around for items as required - Did a magnificent job

When I called up to ask to speak to Mick Villani Plumbers, I was instead asked who I am. I told him my name and he asked where am I from. When I told him my suburb, he simply said "Good bye". Hence, I find him to be rude and unfriendly. He could have told me that he does not service my suburb instead of saying "Good bye". It is also abrupt to ask a caller who he is, without first acknowledging whether he is the person I wish to speak to. I would rate his customer service as poor.
