Rude, Arrogant and plain out disgusting customer service, needed for emergency repairs, refused to come when are designated for real estate. Call out charge to have done myself was double price then quoted by other local plumbers... now a heavily pregnant woman is unable to have a hot shower due to tradesman ship.

Called these guys as I had a leaking water main pipe, Corey came out in 30 minutes, fixed it, and a toilet that was not installed properly by the original plumber. They did the best job, they also helped turn down the far too hot hot water service. I'll be calling these guys back for sure!

I booked in their service the 2nd time. I was dissappointed the first time as they said a quoted price and then it was more out of my pocket. Now the 2nd time is worse as my hubby booked it on for today, they had my address and phone number and it has been hours that I have waiting and no one turned up or even a phone call. Very poor service and I'm not using you again and if you turn up I will just send you back for wasting my time.

I asked for a quote for a new Rinnai 26 to be installed to replace an existing "blown up" hotwater service. Quote & installation was done relatively quickly. Pleasant to deal with. Quality workmanship. Offers excellent advice. Would definitely recommend. Price wasn't an option when I dealt with Greg. Easy to deal with.
