A very thorough team- however I must warn people of several things - this business is quality team- charge very expensive rates- much more expensive than most in Hervey Bay - yet they will not attempt to put a lift in - the place is not only not accessible to people using wheelchairs but believe me- it's inaccessible to people with arthritis - asthma- larger or aged and anyone with chronic illnesses- I've begged these solicitors to come to my home or meet me somewhere as I know they are one of the best law firms- but I simply cannot get up and down the terribly steep even narrow stairs- I have been asking for in excess of 12 years- many have complained yet they really make it clear they don't value our custom enough to make access a priority- obvious we are a minority- I feel bad making such harsh comments but my goodness I've had to get others to deliver paperwork or pick up and later return on my behalf- it's just not good enough-

Wonderful service-- prompt, friendly-- a little expensive- but the quality and confidence of being taken care of is well worth the extra dollars
