I honestly cannot find fault with this store- staff are all helpful- they will do their utmost to help customers- sadly they truly cop such a lot of abuse from irate customers - but customers angry with TELSTRA - accounts etc Customers don't realize the stores are only retail and will sell & set things up- but have no way to help with TELSTA accounts- the TELSTRA shops are franchisees-
The team at this store are just wonderful- situated in a lovely shopping centre close to coffee shop- easy access to centre and store- a young lady Ashleigh has helped many of our people people with disabilities- aged people - she's amazing - so very polite and so patient-

The Boat club has something for everyone- very reasonably priced meals in both the Cafe and restaurant- cater for all pockets and young & old-
The courtesy bus is great- gets you to & from home safe -- Recently I've been making use of the courtesy bus WHELLCHAIR LIFT- Wow- how amazing is this- No reason for staying home isolated because I was stuck in a wheelchair- If I drive myself to club - sometimes I'm not good enough to get wheelchair out of boot so on occasions during the day a staff member will go get my chair out of boot- and bring to me in club- Other times I simply ring and order the courtesy bus - just letting the club know I'm using the wheelchair access- just a fantastic service so safe so reliable- Pokies- keno- raffles - great entertainment - whale watching trips- in house clubs - ie fishing club- pool- etc- Fantastic Function room for weddings seminars etc whatever the event - the club can cater for and will help make it so easy to plan- I highly recommend all aspects of the club BUT feel I must highlight the Wheelchair Access - it's just fantastic- and cost NOTHING nil $$$$

I've become wheelchair bound due to an operation after a car accident- Hervey Bay Taxis were wonderful in coming to pick me up and fold my chair away in boot etc however I found myself having to remain in my chair- I also had a problem returning home and getting up a ramp to open my door etc- Hervey Bay taxis gave me an amazing safe service leaving me in the wheelchair- using the lift etc- The drivers openened my gate - wheeled me to my door opened my doors and wheeled me right inside- how wonderful - It was the very first step,in me regaining independence and the confidence to use taxis confidently and made me feel safe- I found the drivers amazingly friendly and helpful- amazing service and value - I highly recommend to all people with disabilities- it will help give back freedom-

Well these pizzas are the best on the Fraser Coast- the pasta dishes are so authentic you think your in Italy lol- the freshes of fresh ingredients- again prices are quite amazing as the pizzas are filled with goodness and come in 3 sizes - we love the party slab- feeds a family easily- home deliveries on time- friendly team- pick up or delivered- BUT they are not open for business on MONDAYS- which we miss - easy to find online and easy to find in person- in the Urangan Woolies Plaza- cnr Elizabeth st & Boat harbour drive- plenty of parking

This business has just upgraded - and in fact even hire the truck out when not in use for a tour etc - we have used this service for all they offer- have had amazing family times at the sausage sizzles and early morning Kyaking and boarding behind the great speed boat- we have had family out on tours and we're thrilled and found the activities for families amazing- very competent team- first aid certificates blue cards amazing permits- wonderful friendly team- whether early morning Kyaking- or touring with this business there's nothing boring or too out there- little kids love it- teens love the thrills- and those looking to get fit and healthy or and educated this is a great place to do it all- also a great team building excersise for businesses - clubs & groups ets- very reasonably priced- prices to suit families-prices to suit the activity- a must do - even on your bucket list- oh and in the upgrade the once a month $20 for 4 hrs extreme fun is just about to kick off again- be one of the first in 2015 to take the adventure

Staff at this Telstra shop,are so helpful- nothing is too hard and THERES someone to assist with purchasing- with setting up with MAINTAINANCE- parts whatever- everyone is highly trained and very friendly- if your new to mobile phones and technology these people,will,have you an expert before you leave the shop- wonderful customer service and amazing range of phones and accessories- easy to park- food court etc so people can make a day of it - situated in the biggest shopping Centre on the Fraser Coast-

This respite service is for day respite 2 days a week MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS - 10 am to 2 pm also Saturday afternoons- 1 to 4-30-Cost week days is $6 includes lunch &'bottomless CUPPA- Supported Accommodation for adults recovering Mental Illness- $507 pf all meals - all food &'drinks- 24 hr services - supervision of medication taking where required- easy to,locate - close to beaches- shops- GP - pharmacy - close to,clubs and Botanical gardens- but at the door- MH advocacy also available and assistance to enter many other services including referrals to Mental Health etc- a great all rounded well established service run by qualified volunteers- with onsite live in Carer/ Caretaker - Phone or email for referrals to this great service- Referrals are necessary-

This lady has the most amazing skills is impeccably clean and is very very strict in hygiene- SHES a wonderful artist and truly does care about every client- She's moved into a new salon by appointments also- this Salon is in Main St Pialba across the road from COLES Main st entrance - parking is easy- have kids area- affordable prices and often has specials and special deals with the hair dresser in the salon so overall is a growing service to suit everyone- very easy to find -

the Kondari offer very affordable clean accommodation in an amazing setting- magnificent gardens and lake- has swimming pool - there's a wonderful bottle shop for take away drinks- an amazing restaurant with wonderful menu - daily specials- all at affordable rates - salad n vegetable & soup bar- a weekly BBQ - a sports bar with lunch box meals too
a great functions room - the staff are all friendly- a fabulous place to done with kids too - the Kondari is the place for young n old- wonderful parking but also a courtesy bus and on the bus line- close to shops and marina and the botanical gardens-

Oh gee this shop gets myself my GRANDKIDS and friends in every time we visit Brisbane - in fact we even have made specific visits I might add- fantastic quality at great prices- plenty of specials- always find something unique and different- for young modern to modern chic- from daywear to fun wear to after 5 cocktail wear- a fabulous experience all women should experience a few hours shopping at jay jays lol - hint is to have a very patient shopping partner - because you really can get lost in the great stock - great friendly FAST team- so great value- great choice and great quality- transport is easy and in the heart of the Brisbane city -
