Miles came for the now defunct Vulcan/Bonnaire heating/cooling system, to give it a service making sure still in good working order. Lovely customer service and great service.

Our 11 year old ducted system failed and a couple of other air conditioning service companies just wanted to do a full replacement at around $12,000. Miles suggested a couple of smaller replacements. He then checked the initial wiring and also suggested that it should be upgraded. All done and working fine again at a fraction of the price. Miles takes the time to explain and give options. Nothing lasts forever, but it is great to see someone with the skills and knowledge to keep systems running cost effectively in this throw away world. Their admin side has been polite, friendly and efficient too. Thumbs up!

Miles and victoria run a great friendly business. I have been using their services for over ten years to service air conditioners in my multiple rental properties and my own home. They give unfettered advice and go above and beyond. As an example, whilst I was overseas my elderly parents old air con broke and Miles not only replaced it with a new one promptly but he called my parents insurer to assist with a claim because my parents English was not great.
