I love Millers! They have a lot of bargains, and they always have the styles I like to wear. End of season is one of my favourite times. I dropped in with a friend last week, and we spent a good half hour looking around. The staff were friendly, and we told them we were just browsing. They didn't pressure us to buy, which is always a good thing in my book. They had a great selection of styles and colours, fashionable tops and shirts too. The parking was okay, but the store is located in the middle of Toombul, so park on the city side if you are in a hurry. They are value for money clothing, and I find them pleasant to deal with. They also have quite a few sales, always great for bargain hunters!

I had to return a few items that I'd purchased from the Millers online store. Their online sale was irresistible and the fact that they offered cheerful refunds in store made it a risk-free purchase. Unfortunately my returns might have put a dent in the day's takings at this store as the lady who served me was less pleasant than I would have hoped. I realise (from working in retail fashion years ago) that returns put a damper on your day, but really, a smile and the abovementioned cheerfulness go a long way to creating a return customer.

Still, received my refund without hassle so all was not lost.
