Having a day out and about and visited this bakery for our indulgent lunch. Large indoor and outdoor seating areas and friendly, helpful staff. We both had pies, and dessert and then my husband had a milkshake which he said was great and I had my coffee. Really enjoyed choosing "indulgence".

After picking up a parcel in Mount Barker we decided it was coffee time and visited Millie's. Always enjoy our coffee at this nice bakery. They have a great selection of savoury and sweet eats and breads too. Large seating area both inside and outside

In Mount Barker and needed some refreshment so stopped here and enjoyed a caramel milkshake and a slice of lemon cheesecake. Nice spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas with friendly staff. The milkshake took a long time to arrive and was ok but not the best milkshake I have ever had.

Out and about on a wet winter's day and came and had a hot pie and coffee here. Seating inside too which was great. Large range of savoury and sweet offerings. Sandwiches too. Think this is the original Millie's. Felt much happier after some hot food

I have been here a few times and find that the staff are friendly enough and the pies are ok. I have only ever had the pies....nothing to write home about but ok when you are starving and there is nothing else!

The service isnt very nice and i dont like the food, my only option is to shop else where.

Very nice range of baked good and sandwiches made to order, plenty of choice of cold drinks and coffee made to order and eating in available, helpful staff.

First time here...love this place. Greatly nicely clean and busy. I love the fact I can sit at the table and see the workers in the back prepping and baking. The only thing i don't like is there areno no prices on a lot of things so you have to ask. Other than that I can't wait to bring my boys here.

We had lunch here the other day. This bakery is located at the top end of the main street of Mt Barker. We sat at a table inside, there are about 15 inside and 4 or 5 outside, probably seating for about 50 people. A nice view over the main street and across to Auchendarroch House.
A nice selection of food, we had a toasted smoked salmon and avocado wrap and a toasted chicken schnitzel on a large square cut roll. These were very tasty, although the chicken roll was toasted a little too long, so was a touch dry, but OK.
With a flavoured milk and soft drink, cost for 2 was just over $20.
Nice, cafe-style bakery, housed in an old well-maintained stone building, modernized with comfortable seating and pleasant view through large glass windows and modern fixtures, counters, frigs etc.
Very busy, but service was friendly and reasonably quick.

A lovely large bakery with a freshly made deli and sandwich area, not just pies and pasties. A nice place to grab a bite and is down or to take away. At Christmas time they sell the best gingerbread houses that are handmade.
