love the fact that they have shishas! (i'm not too sure how to spell it) but it was something different, especially on a lygon street scene

we had the pita breads and dip which were absolutely yummy, wish there was more bread though we ended up finishing them all ages before the main whish was this lebanese grill - the chicken was really nice and soft, and the steak was okay

staff were lovely and showed us how to use the pipes

for two people we ended up spending $75 which i thought was a bit pricey, but i guess it wasn't too bad given that i was really full after the whole meal

would go back again, but only for special occasions i think

With so many Italian restaurants along Lygon Street, its a nice change to dine at a middle eastern restaurant for something different.

Its a lovely restaurant, full of atmosphere when they have belly dancing shows. The performers are very talented and entertain the diners.

the food is delicious, I fill up on entrees of dips and bread, by the time the main comes, I have to find space in my belly!

overall lovely restaurant, great food!!!

as mentioned by other womo members, parking can be difficult along Lygon Street. my suggestion is to go to the nearby car parking places and pay the fee.

If you are interested, you can have a shisha which is a pipe to smoke fruit flavoured tobacco, which is something to experience once!

I've been there last Friday night... I love their Falafel, dips and Kebab... After dinner, I enjoyed apple shisha... The good thing, their three belly dancing shows... The only problem you will face is to find parking at Lygon street.

Approximate cost: $22

Not only does this restaurant have authentic middle eastern cuisines they also provide a bit of entertainment with their very own belly dancers to entertain you as you eat. After you have filled up on your meal you can take advantage of another middle eastern tradition, smoking some aromatic Shisha tobacco, there's 18 different flavors to choose from, my personal favorite is the apple one. A unique experience.

Approximate cost: $Standard Banquite is $38
