This place is one of my favourite stores in the city. It houses almost every pop culture item you could imagine and if they dont have it the staff are more than happy to order it in for you. You can spend hours in their browsing and I often find myself just wandering about looking at the huge range of stuff.

store not far from my apartment when I stay in Melbourne. But on-line service so terrible. I order product which in their stock, and they ask me to waiting for nothing. 2 week later they send email to me the product I order sold out yesterday.

The first time i came in here i was like a kid in a candy store. I was hoping for something Wonderwoman and i was very excited when i saw the range of items.

I'm a book nerd so i'm definitly biased about this place. If your after Sci Fi or Fantasy books then this is it. they have lost of new releases and plenty of older stuff. They also have a huge range of comics, figures and general memorabilia. The staff are nice is a nerdy way and you can easily spend hours wandering around looking at everything.

Well im not afraid to say it im a comic book nerd, Have been for many years.
for years the word comic book would be frowned apon.
It only too a couple of films to change peoples minds (Spider-man & X-men).
The store itself caters for all comic needs.
They sell dvds,manga titles,action figures and american based comics.
The prices on most items is pretty reasonable but the odd item here and there are a little bit steep when it comes to price.
The staff are willing to help and if the titles is not in stock they can order it for you.

One of the few stores catering for "nerds," Minotaur has increasingly been providing a wide range of comics & related collectables. The service varies - the guy with the beard and the only lady are really great. They get quite busy so I believe their service can suffer because of it. Store is a little disorganised, but they have also gone through a revamp recently. Also makes it more fun sorting through piles of stuff looking for your gem! Ordering system is appauling - I've waited months with no response at times. But they do get a wide range of comic titles which are imported, and you can subscribe so you dont miss out. Huge Mange section also.

Went in looking for a few specific graphic novels. I browsed the shelves for a bit before I asked the guy behind the counter. He told me they had what I was looking for, but only narrowed it down to two possible shelves that were in vaguely alphabetical order. Looked again, but still didn't find what I was looking for. Asked for more help, and the guy did walk over to the shelves but didn't look long before telling me what I was looking for could be anywhere in the store or could have been stolen. Minotaur has a lot of stuff that you can't find anywhere else, but with really bad service and high prices, it might be better to look online.
