I joined Mint about three years ago and had been pretty satisfied with them until recently. They have now imformed me that they have updated their system and I will only receive a surveys very seldom. I have $9/50c in my rewards and I'm now wondering if I'll ever get enough surveys to received the $20 voucher. I feel surplus to their requirements.

Surveys often and fun. emails not responded to. Took 34 days to receive first reward - much slower at paying than others. Good otherwise.

After filling in numerous surveys I managed to earn a $20 gift card, but after 60 days my gift card still hadn't arrived so I contacted Mint Surveys. It took over a fortnight to receive a reply but they have agreed to send me a replacement card. I have since earned a further $30 gift card, which arrived within 3 weeks. Overall, I'm happy with the service, although the remuneration is quite low for the amount of time it takes to fill out surveys.

What a rip off!! Got to 2000 points, redeemed my rewards on line, after waiting 3 weeks have still not received my gift card! Maybe I was the gift to them!!! GRRRRRRRRR.

Very simple way to earn points redeemable for shopping voucher, easy online surveys you can do in your spare time. Some surveys take a bit longer than advertised, but are easy so you can do while wathicn TV, good way to earn extra dollars.

i was with this company for a while,got some surveys,then it changed to something else and have heard nothing since,i don't think its known as mint surveys,but were ok at the time

I had joined Mint Surveys a couple of months ago. I have recently closed my account as I have received no surveys at all. But going on other people's reviews, maybe they are still coming. Hmm
