This salon ruined my hair colour. I asked for half a head of foils in two colours, blonde and dark. The first attempt came out orange, as they put the colour on too thickly and put it everywhere and did not use the foils properly. I had given them photos and colours to follow from my previous hairdresser and there needed to be many, thin foils, evenly placed, not these big, crass foils. [redacted due to personal identifier] then tried to fix it but the second attempt turned my hair dark with ugly white & grey stripes. I had paid as I went, because they were promising to fix it, but they just kept getting it wrong. Now she is never there when I go there and the other staff tell me I have to see the person who is not there. So I will have to pay someone else to fix it and it looks worse than when I started, but I had spent my budget with this place. It was worse than a student salon!

This is an unobtrusive little shop in the heart of Footscray - lots of local character and Vietnamese culture, food shops and interesting places around here.

We were stuck on a weekend ... school photos coming up and our normal hairdresser was out of action, so found this shop from just driving around.

My son was a little worried at first because it looked too "girly" but the ladies in here were very understanding and quite pleased to cut a little boy's hair. They were pleasant and polite, and did a nice job ... maybe not quite short enough but I was just relieved to have had it done.

Of course they offer many other services for ladies - colours, styles and fashionable cuts etc. It was fairly busy - maybe everyone knows they open at some different hours.

Very much a case of "don't judge a book" etc and it was also handy opportunity to browse around this interesting area.
