Amazing start to finish. Had all my questions answered without being made to feel like a fool. Lovely salon and staff (I was at the Mt Eliza salon). Extremely happy with the finished product, I had my eyelash's done as well as my eyebrows sculpted and tinted. Would highly recommend Miss Eyelash to my family and friends.

Service was exceptional. When I was concerned that a few lashes had came out the next day, Emma arranged for me to come in ASAP and redo them at no charge and no questions asked, just a genuine desire that I was happy with the end result.

I did my eyelash today in Elwood by Yasmin. She was extremely friendly and professional. Whilst the application of the eyelash did not hurt but the collagen pads underneath my eyes irritated my eyes greatly and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. My eyes reacted really badly to the pads and it hurt a lot during the application and after for the rest of the day. I would love to go back again as my lashes look amazing and Yasmin did a great job however unless they can use a different pad I probably will not want to go through the pain again.

I felt extremely confident that I had come to the right place. Emma was friendly, reassuring and ensured my experience with her was going to provide a great outcome. I have had a few days to check and am completely happy with the outcome. I will be back in 3 weeks for the refill.

My second time for eyelash extensions! The first time didn't count - no comparison at all. I was recommended to Emma, as being the 'best' in the biz! I think she is!
I was able to book on line with ease! get a prompt appointment and the experience was incredibly professional, informative and relaxing! THe bottom line in this industry as with most - you get what you pay for. Thankyou Emma :)

I had a wonderful experience at Miss Eyelash. It was my first time ever at getting eyelash extensions and now im hooked! Yasmin was so professional and lovely and she did a fantastic and very natural looking job.

. I went to Emma for the first time for refills and she sent considerable time working through what my options were. I went with her recommendations and she did a lovely job !
