Steph was wonderfully easy to talk to on the phone when organising the roadworthy inspection. We settled on a time and place that fitted conveniently into my work day.
I didn’t have to fit an extra errand into my busy day! Hooray!
Anthony was friendly and efficient as he worked, only taking 40 minutes to finish the job in my car park.
It was done by the time my lunch break was over!
The only thing my car needed was a headlight clean which Anthony was equipped for, so it was done then and there. Easy as that!
My certificate was emailed through 5 minutes after we said goodbye, so I could go ahead with my registration paperwork.
All in all a wonderful experience from a lovely local business!

The website for this service clearly shows a price of $88. At no point during booking or receiving the service was I informed of a higher price. I was charged $110. When I brought this to their attention and asked for a refund they told me they informed me over the phone of the higher cost. This is not true.
In addition, I expected my vehicle to pass. It did not. As a result I am forced to continue driving the unsafe POS I currently drive. Failed bureaucracy in action. I cannot afford this and I am now even further from my goal of driving a safe vehicle :(

Don't waste your time and money on this business if you're looking to get a roadworthy. They don't. You'll face a long list of issues and even if you fixed it they won't issue certificate.

Afternoon Mehdi, if you would listen to what i have to say instead of talking over the top of me you would know that the ball joint has not been fixed and the play is still the same after your first inspection, as i said to your EX wife take the car back to where you got it fixed and tell them the wheel alignment should never have been done with the play the ball joint had. once fixed (within your 14 days)(13/10/2021) bring it back and i will approve it.
Steph, your attitude towards customers leaves a lot to be desired.
Stay away from this gays you will pay twice and never get the job done .really dishonest people
when they ask to pay before hand just do not pay !
