He listened to what I wanted, and took into account any illness +medication I am on. Regually checks me when I have colour to be sure there is no blistering etc. Suggestions are made on what I am doing at home with my hair WITHOUT trying to sell extra expensive items. The are great with my kids They are pleasant and leave you wanting to return. I had cut/colour - but my scalp waschecked constantly.
