Purchased 2 pairs of size XL (38"/97cm) BDU Trousers online, which was such a straightforward process compared to other sites. Items were dispatched and arrived in a timely manner.
However, they tuned out to be a 35"-36" with the XL tag on them.
Not Mitchells fault, but an error made during the manufacture.
So, sent a return for exchange request. Rather than exchange, they just gave me 2 pairs of the larger size without wanting the others back!
The colours I got originally, and the replacements sent were slightly different, but not significantly, and a totally acceptable alternative.
Even though those colours were discontinued, it was an unusually gracious gesture on Mitchell's part.
I will definitely be a returning customer!

While wandering around Westfield Marion I spied a nice man's scarf on sale at this outdoor store. Great for a Father's Day gift as the weather is still bleak. This store is full of all types of outdoor items and they are usually well priced. Sailing jackets and pedometers have been purchased here over time. Always good service
