first of all, I will always be very mindful when posting ANY review on a family-run small business but this business would NOT ever return calls on the status of our repairs - the Aldi mower they just left OUTSIDE the front door and as for the ride on was left on the end of the 50 meters driveway and left - that was done ONLY after we advised that we would pursue the return of the lawn power through legal options - the ride on will not function and all request for the repairer to advise operational status have not been responded to - extremely Unreliable and makes promises that are never kept and will not ever return a message or a call - after nearly 4 months

Disappointed with my experience after reading good reviews. Took my cylinder mower in to have the blades sharpened and repair the clutch cable. Got quoted $250 to do it all. Chased up Hayden a numerous times and close to 4 weeks later I said I will be in to pick it up if its finished or not. The fix was a 15-20 minute task, couldn't give me any advice and was then charged $420 because the quote was for parts only. Go figure???

A big shout out and thank you to "Mitchelton Mowers" who repaired and serviced my whipper snipper this afternoon. Their customer service was truly amazing! By the time I had wondered down the street and got a coffee, they were calling me to let me know that I could return and pick it up. Friendly service and great rates too. Thank you Mitchelton Mowers. You guys are awesome !

Our lawnmower wasn't running properly and we had to find somewhere to get it repaired. We took it to our local shop and were impressed by how quickly they did the repair, and at a very competitive price.
