first of all, I will always be very mindful when posting ANY review on a family-run small business but this business would NOT ever return calls on the status of our repairs - the Aldi mower they just left OUTSIDE the front door and as for the ride on was left on the end of the 50 meters driveway and left - that was done ONLY after we advised that we would pursue the return of the lawn power through legal options - the ride on will not function and all request for the repairer to advise operational status have not been responded to - extremely Unreliable and makes promises that are never kept and will not ever return a message or a call - after nearly 4 months

what a mistake, most unhelpful , after sales service EVER - my mistake for thinking i was getting a good deal, the quality is so dismal its pathetic, and the distance to get assistance makes it even harder , a dud Rover made in China package the tyres go flat , the fuel tank on the brush cutter basically disintegrated, the wheel baro i found out was a cheap 249 job
