Terrible experience returning a faulty chainsaw. Tried to blame me when I've had 30 years plus experience . Aggressive store manager, poor customer service

I have used this store often to buy items for handyman projects, house maintenance etc. The staff are very knowledgeable and very willing to give useful advice and suggestions, which has often saved me time and money. They are small enough to have the personal touch but large enough to stock almost anything you could want.
