Nicholas and his wife were told beforehand that not every stain comes out. They had a puppy that had urinated on their carpets and then left it there for 6 weeks then tried to clean it up with washing powder for some reason the ph level in the powder reacting with the acidic part of the urine damaged there delicate wool carpet. When they realised that they had to move out they asked me to try and fix it. The marks were brown and yellow from the dirt and urine being rubbed in the carpet and left there without being lifted up. I have came along and extracted their carpets lifting up all the dirt and urine which made the damage visible underneath. But on the day they were happy with the job and didn't have any complaint about the carpets but refused to pay for a mattress because a small spot was left on there that i couldn't get out even tho I got 95% of the stain removed. Then they called 2 days later saying I had damaged the carpets and demand I fix it. I told them as i did on the day that the damage was already done. They then harassed me with dozens of phone calls constantly ringing 10- 20 times a day demanding that I come back. I never promised to return was never rude (unless telling them that they had damaged the carpets is rude). It's unfortunate that this couple were unhappy I hate having unhappy customers but there is only so much I could do. I do this job because I like seeing the great results and the happy people at the end. But sometimes you just come across people who will never be happy. These come close to being the worst customers I've come across on my 8 years of cleaning
