BOX HILL STORE - customer service here is wrong! 1st repair for my wife's iPhone went OK. Thank you. 2nd repair for my wife's iPad mini was very different, they didn't have the screens in stock, so I picked up the iPad 3 days later. The next day I took it back because it had a faulty screen, they fixed it in the spot... WITH ANOTHER FAULTY SCREEN. Finally I got the iPad back another 3 days later. 3rd repair was for my iPhone... they did it on the spot then the screen stopped working that night. Took it back the next day and they said no warranty because of a broken wire inside the phone... Thanks! Seriously guys... use APPLE for your repairs, they use genuine parts and there is no bullst.

Went yesterday to get to my Ipad 2 screen fixed after a dodgy repair from the market (turns out THEY broke the LCD). Handed in my ipad to MKC repairs at 12pm and by 2pm they told me it was ready and the price was lower than what i had paid at the market. They fixed perfectly and i was very happy to have it the same day. For LCD screen repairs i had been quoted cheapest $150, i paid only $99 at MKC Repairs.

nathan and the guys at mkc are *amazing*. its like they don't care about payment over the problem they can help you with. i had smashed my screen on my macbook pro, and the laptop wasn't itself working. i had been quoted "oh it could cost up to $750 to repair..." then i sussed out mkc - nathan replaced the entire screen for $195 and didn't charge me to get the hard drive going again. he had to open it up, test and fix, and no cost!!! and it was ready that same day. im stunned at the generous vibe in mkc. i will be back and am very happy i've found a trustworthy and efficient repair service!

went to Apple re I phone fault $120 plus parts 2 days. Went to Laverton Market $40 plus parts end of day pick up. Went to MKC fixed in 30sec, no charge, a button was stuck showed me the button how to fix it. I have had this problem for a week and he fixes it 30sec. Offered to pay, but no, happy to help.
