Competitive pricing of handsets. MicroSD cards were comparatively expensive but I purchased one from your store anyway as I prefer to order phone and all accessories from the one on-line retailer for simplicity. As I'm buying for my business, I prefer the reassurance of buying from a proper, Australian-based on-line retailer, as opposed to an overseas one or eBay. A diverse array of accessories won me over, too.

Awesome. I looked at many, many online mobile phone stores and kept returning to MobiCity for range of products and price. I also used the online chat service and was very impressed by the professionalism of Norma's service.

Found the experience very good, was looking at a LG Chocolate Slide & spoke with Norma on live chat who was terrific. I finally decided to buy the HTC Hero since I felt the bigger screen was better suited for my needs. Being able to compare the specs on the phones on your site was excellent. This is the second of many I will purchase from Mobicity.

I visit MobiCity frequently b/c they have some of the best deals for phones. Recently, I bought an iPad from them and have been using it over a month. It is awesome! I was thrilled when they had it on their site - great all around! I'm currently also using a Samsung Galaxy that I bought from them.

The downside was waiting for the iPad to arrive. I preordered it and received it a few days after expected.

My husband and I bought 2 mobiles from this website at the same time to upgrade our handsets. My husband opted for the blue Samsung Touch and I opted for the red Nokia E75. The reason we bought from here was because of the pricing as well as good reviews. There was a problem with stock and they weren't able to get the blue Samsung. They did contact us to let us know which was much appreciated. We opted for the magenta one instead, but by the time the phone arrived I noticed the price of the phone had dropped $50 or so on their website. I brought this to their attention and the staff were quite good in that they refunded the money back to our credit card. We've had no problems with the phone and would recommend Mobicity to other prospective customers.
